This recipe is a keeper. I used more blueberries because I had them and kept the other quantities the same. Will definitely make again.

This recipe is particularly well written and it produces one of the most delicious cobblers I've ever had. It isn't too sweet. The tang of the buttermilk is subtle perfection. I think I'll sprinkle a little sanding sugar on before popping in the oven next time, just for a little bit of sweet crunch.

This was excellent. I used 1/4 cup of sugar with the fruit and added the cinnamon to the fruit. Cut the sugar in the cake to 2/3 of a cup as well. I considered adding vanilla and may try it the next time. I’m looking forward to making it with rhubarb.
